We have a customer with an existing perpetual Bartender Automation license which is still activated and operational.

Their maintenance and support agreement has expired, so we are unable to create a normal case.

The original installation media has been withheld by their previous IT contractor and has been lost. We need the original BarTender 2021 R5 Build 166048 64-bit full installer so that we can add print portal to the existing installation without upgrading or changing the currently working environment.

The customer still has their original certificate of authenticity, Product Key Code and Support Number.

Would a Seagull representative be able to provide the original R5 installer or an official download location?
