Print Portal - Giving Users Access to Paste in Record Information to Create Print Records
My goal here is to give users a simple way to print labels from Print Portal without needed access to any connected databases when they need to print many records at one time using data they have. I have managed to create a bartender template with a form that has a text input. I can copy/paste data from Excel into that text box (as tab separated values). I added an action button to the form to convert the text to actual records, which overwrites the datasource that is used by the document. There is then a second screen that displays what records will be printed.
This works when I do it through the designer, but when I try to do it through Print Portal, the file does not get over written (also tried to create a new file with that same action but it still does not occur).
Are there specific permissions that I need to set to enable Print Portal to write files? Or is there a much easier way to accomplish what I need?

Designer user the rights of the user logged into the PC whilst Print Portal uses the rights of the IIS_Webprint user account or whichever account is running that service/APP Pool and so that could be the issue
