Hi,

I have a client with a Citizen CL-S521/TSC DA200 printer, with which i'm having a nightmare.

I've replaced the computer is was connected to via USB with a new Windows 11 P.C.

I've tried every driver under the sun and am unable to get it to print a test page or label.

It throws an “Invalid Handle” error.

I've tried removing all drivers, installing the using the driver wizard, installing as the Administrator, i've even copied the 2015 drivers that the original computer was using and added that..with no success.

I'd appreciate any help at this point :)
