or some reason I cannot print accents on labels.

The .bt files have the accents and they show up properly. I set up the database connection with UTF-8 encoding.

If I use a CSV with the data pasted in and do a print preview or export to PDF the accents render properly.

However when the bt file is picked up by Integrator it shows the accented characters as 2 other characters.

The weird part is that some of the static text on the label has accents and is in the same font and size as the dynamic (field) data. The static headings print fine. They are both use the  Arial font. The static text states mg/unité.

Going through our historical data we have not rendered accents on dynamic data before.

I have started and stopped the integration through the Admin Console. No change.
