I bought BT for one job. I need to make labels for our business.

On a 4x6 label, I want to have the top ½ inch bleed over each edge.

How do I lock the box so I can put the text where I need it and not have it automatically size itself? Coming from a MS Publisher background, so a bit of a learning curve here.
