Add 2nd Licensing Server

Is it possible to have 2 licensing servers for Bartender Enterprise?

We might possibly run into a scenario where onsite at HQ will lose power due to weather. Our licensing server sits on site as well.

We'd like to have a back up in the cloud just in case this happened temporarily. Can this be setup ahead of time?
