OLd PC Died and Unable to acivate on New PC
Our PC Died that had Bartender Pro 2019 on it.
Installed on New PC but unable to activate it due to still being active on old pc (Even though its no longer working)
Tried to get it removed but said I needed a support contract.
Its a 2 min job - find key - press delete :)
Is there another way round this or is how Seagull work now. Never had a problem in the past.

For get assistance, you will need to have an active maintenance, unfortunately, there is no other way to deactivate the license on the old machine, other than ask our tech team.

What a joke, the software you have purchased is behind another paywall. Hope the people who invest in this company know this is what forces the current user base to search out alternate providers that allow people to use the software they purchase.
