Print Portal - does not display any labels

I can see all structure folders, but I cannot see any labels (.btw) inside the folders. Print portal is setup to display Librarian files. I have about 10 sites for each city and 4 of them has this issue

  Same issue here
  I have a ticket open right now, will update the result here. It works fine on PrintStation
