Label width shown only in inches
Document options set to mm. However in the printer user defined media layout label width and label length always shown in inches. Is it possible to display them in mm?

Sorry I haven't got the Epson 7500g driver installed on my PC as I use the version Seagull produce. However I have got the Epson 3500 installed and I think some of the screens are the same and so I believe you need to go to Printing Preferences in the driver itself (from the Printers part of your Windows Control Panel) and then look for Driver Preferences option and the setting should be there, similar to the below:
