Error 3409 when trying to print on a printer that is on licensing server.
Printer in licensing server is set up, but printing from user computer to the printer is not working. Error : 3409 access denied.

I dont think that error is saying the printer cannot be connected to but just that the user does not have sufficient permissions/rights to able to print to it. If that is the case then you may need to give them more access rights to the printer driver itself
