Whole template not being printed

Hello,

 

We have a template landscape 4" wide x 2"height. Printer (Sato CL4NX) is loaded with same size orientation label.

Everything was printing fine until 06/15. Now anything outside of 2"width is not printed.

 

I can send SBPL command to print the whole template but when printing from bartender it prints only half the width.

 

Below is an example of SBPL that is working as a test.

  Not sure but I would check the Page setup and also driver settings especially the Document Properties>Page Setup>Configure and configuration in there to see if anything has been set in those in error.
