Template layouts setting get changed going to 2020 preview

When printed in the Preview designer and portal templates with custom layouts completely change especially sheet labels. Is this a known issue?

  Hi David, thanks for reaching out to us.

  We received a report on this issue a little over a week ago, and I managed to test it and report it as a bug. A Layout for a template may possibly change under one or both of these conditions:

  1. When the original driver is not available for use (prompting printer driver redirection, which may lead to...)
  2. The page size is not available to the driver.

  As with previous versions of BarTender, you should receive a warning message when the Layout changes (and clearly, this does not happen). In any case, it is a known issue and it has been reported!
