2D barcodes not square
We have a label we print for a customer that contains a 2D datamatrix barcode.
the label prints without issue, until we switched to a different printer.
the first printer is 203dpi, the new one is 300dpi.
Now, all the bar-codes appear distorted and "squished"
Is there a simple fix for this issue, or will we need to create a separate label file for each printer?

You shouldn't need to to, but does it look okay if you preview the label on the screen?
You may want to tweak the Print Method on the Data Source tab to let BarTender control the printing of the barcodes and see what that does.

The Preview looks fine,
I was unaware of the Print method options until now, It appears it was set to let the printer control the barcodes.
I'll change this setting and see what happens.

OK,
It seems the issue was the printer itself.
We threw a 300DPI printhead on a 203dpi 105SL and figured it would work without issue.
It was, with the exception of the 2D barcodes.

I would have thought some other elements maybe effected too as the mapping would be out of sync but at least you know what the issue is now.
