Serialization and print problem with white color font

 Dear all,

 

I'm trying to create a new label. Everything is ok but, when I like to print a serialization number in black background and font in white color, or only white font and colored background as for example dark grey, this number it's not printed in white color.

If I change this number to no serialization, it is printed perfectly

 

What is the problem?

  Have you tried adjusting the File>Print>Performance settings that relate to serialisation?  think you will need to let BarTender control the serialisation rather than let the printer do it. 

  I remember having some white on black issues some time ago (may not be the same) where I needed to make sure I use the Send to Back in the correct sequence to get it work.

  Problem Solved, but  there is a problem.

  If you draw a rectangle with color background and put for example, a number with serialization in a new layer or in front of this rectangle, this number is not printed white, is printed black.
