Record picker empty?!

    Hi Mary,

    If it is only one user that is having the issues then it sounds like a permissions issue for that user and so I would suggest you check and compare all their user account settings against a known working user account.

    If that's record picker control on a form, remove the record picker and add again.

    (Update to Bartender 2016 latest service pack if you're using 2016R3 or before)

    If that's record selection dialog (which shown from [Select Records] button), right click the dialog and select "Show all fields".
