    Hi John,

    Are you using the Seagull drivers and not the ZDesigner drivers (I have seen various issues with these before with printer settings only working intermittently or not at all)?

    If you configure the label correctly for the the ZD220 driver and save it, does it then print correctly from Print Station to the 220? If so what about the 140 now?

    Have you tried adjusting the settings in the driver itself in Control Panel to make it the default settings of that device?

    Well, it appears that the 220 is using the ZDNet drivers.  I'll check to see if I can install the Seagull drivers, and if they work any better.

    I'm just taking over this project from an employee who left recently, and while I had thought they installed the Seagull drivers across the board, apparently I was mistaken in this case.

    Will fix the drivers first, if possible, and update with more information/testing.

    Hi Pete;

    Updating the ZT220 to use the Drivers by Seagull appears to have fixed the immediate problem of inconsistent offsets.

    Your help is much appreciated.  What would be the best way to mark this issue as 'resolved'?

    Thanks,

    No worries John. Windows as default installs the ZDesigner drivers, which can be a pain
