Zebra ZP 450 Print Size
Hey everyone,
We're trying to set up our ZP 450 printer to print out some non-UPS labels for one of our customers.
I'm running Bartender Professional and I've changed the stock size in the printer settings to the size of our custom labels (overall dimensions are 1" x 1", printable area is a 0.75" x 0.75" square). The printer does not print anything when using the custom print labels we have. However, when I insert the standard UPS label, it will print the 1"x1" label designed as a square on the UPS label, so the printer is capable of printing something that small.
What settings should I be looking at to appropriately change the paper stock size to get these custom labels to print?

Maybe a daft question but a lot of courier labels are direct thermal and so dont use a ribbon, and I take it your custom labels are off this type also and are not designed for thermal transfer printing? You can tell this by rubbing a coin or you thumbnail over the label and the this will cause a friction (black) mark on the label.
