Error #3304

I used to print Bartender labels without any issues.

My .btw file is located on a server which my computer has a connection to.

 

Now I'm getting error #3304 when attempting to print.

What does this error refer to?

  Hi Yon,

  The errors in the 33XX range all seem to be connected with database connection problems and so I would suggest you open the label on your PC and go into the Database Connection Setup and double check all the settings in there. 

  If you are using an ODBC source like Excel or Access make sure the bit type of your Office program matches the Bit type of BarTender (ie both 32 bit or 64 bit) if not the Microsoft ODBC driver that connects them wont work.
