Drop down list is disabled

Hi. When I create new bartender document and add drop down list to data entry form, the drop down list is inactive when I go to print and showing data entry form to select one item from list. I tried to set values or connect it to database and some changes but the control is disabled in default. Please help me to solve the problem

  HI Reza, Make sure you have linked the drop down list to a data source on template, from drop down properties > Linked data source.

  Also, on properties > Data entry, check Frequency - if you want show dropdown on every record, set Frequency to Every Record.
