Removal of a failed printer and replacement
I need to replace a printer that has failed with a new one, but it is causing trouble due to the 7 day licence rule. How do I expedite expiring the old printer from usage? I don't appear to be getting any grace period, why is that? We have a 4 printer licence and all 4 are used daily.
Can I reset the usage list by deactivating and reactivating the licence for example? Having to wait 7 days to replace a failed printer is not a very acceptable solution.
