Printer issue

I have used only two printers as per license and it still shows printer limitation error when I use one of those printers. How can I resolve this?

I have removed all other printers from the administration console and from windows as well.

  Thanks for reaching our community :)

  When the printer count is exceeded, it is usually because of some of the reasons described here: Error 1401: You Have Exceeded Your Maximum Number of Licensed Printers

   

  As there is no way to delete the printers, other than waiting 7 days, you will need to contact our Technical Support
