Bartender License server does not exists

    Did you deactivate the licence from the old computer? You probably need to approach Seagull's Technical Support team directly to see if they can help.

    If you know who you bought the software from, they may be able to access some licence information from their Partner system with Seagull and hopefully give you the Support Number

    I have a similar situation: the hard drive on the PC with the server license installed suddenly shut down and I didn't have time to deactivate it. I still have the PKC number on my purchase document, but when I try to input it, it says the PKC number is no longer valid. Do you know how to submit a ticket for this issue?

    If you go here (https://support.seagullsoftware.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=148268) you select BarTender Support should see the option to log a new support ticket in the drop down
