Disconnect between Labels and the integration

I am having a lot of trouble with my integration. 
To begin with I was able to set up a file drop trigger and print a set of labels from the database from the trigger.
However this is limited to one line of data in the text file.
What I would like is for the integration to print a set for the first line and then loop back to print line 2 and continue until it finishes but I have some sort of disconnect in the communication and can't figure it out.

  Check your label is not set to print the “First Record Only” in the File>Print>Queried records box. if it is adjust the dropdown to “All” 

  You will need to save the changes and relink the label format to the integration to get it to pick up the changes to the label design

  Hi Paddy,

  I’m a bit unclear on how the Transform text to record set function actually works.

  Wouldn’t it be possible to set up the BarTender integration so that database overrides happen directly within the Print Document action instead? That way, it should be able to print all the rows of data from the connected file in one go, without needing to loop through each record.
