We are experiencing an issue in Bartender 2022 which we recently migrated from 2019 to release 2022 where we API capabilities to send print commands to Label printer.

We have printers configured at two site – France and Hungary through printer server. In France, printer is running fine because we have all required port open and label are being printer as expected.

Now, we have a problem for printer at Hungary site, we have opened same port as we have in France, but it is not working through Port. Then, we tried to send printer complete network path like “<Printer>\\hu3sw63.int.grs.net\HU3PLABBARLOG</Printer>”, it works for few hours, and then command goes to PDF writer instead of printer, which is sent in printer tag. And when I logged into server, open Bartender Admin console and then try, it again works. This behaviour is weird ; we are not able to understand why print command is going to PDF writer instead of printer after few hours. We also have same printer configured on Bartender server and name is exactly same which is sent in printer tag.
