Sounds like you have typed in the code incorrectly. The 8 or B and 5 and S seem to be the most common ones I mix up when activating

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback, I have not typed the code, I have just copied and paste it. And there is no 8, B, 5 or S in the code.

The error ‘the product key code is invalid’ only ever means that it was entered incorrectly or it's simply not a valid code to activate your license. You may need to open a support ticket with Technical Services or contact our sales team to confirm you are using the correct code.
