get a license for BarTender

Hello,
We at Sahlgrenska Hospital have purchased a license for BarTender software, and we have received a PDF that says Redemption Codexxxx
and Support Number xxxxxxxxx but it is not possible to get a product key code. Thank you for your help.

  Hi Krista!
  Thank you for your quick response, it turned out that I could not reach your portal to verify the code and later get the license code for the software.
  But this has been resolved via unblocking firewalls.
