Hi,

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find relevant information in the documentation or on the forum, and I would like to know whether it is possible to send a PrintBTWAction (or any other REST) request to a Printer Group (where BarTender Cloud decides which printer the job will be routed to)?
Additionally, the Printer API doesn’t seem to include information about which group a given printer belongs to.
From what I can see, it doesn’t seem possible, but I would appreciate if someone could confirm this.

Also, as I noticed, permissions must be set from the Printer Details screen for individual printers, so it’s not entirely clear to me what advantages Printer Groups provide—are they only useful for visualization within the Cloud user interface?
