license activation problems

Good morning, I'm having a problem activating my BarTender PROFESSIONAL 11.4 license.
The problem is this:
We initially purchased a Seagull BarTender 11.4 Professional, workstation license, unlimited printers
Topseller (sgbtpws – BTP-WS).
We then purchased the upgrade to the
Seagull BarTender 11.4 Professional, application license, 2 printers
(sgbtpb2 – BTP-2).
The problem is that it seems like the Seagull BarTender 11.4 Professional, application license, 2 printers license can only work on one workstation, when we need it to work on two workstations.
Perhaps we made a mistake in the installation?
Is there a guide to activate the license on two different workstations?

  You cannot have a Workstation and Full licence running in the same version of Administration Console and so you will need to deactivate the Workstation licence and then activate the full licence.
