Auto-Gray Out and Skip Prompt on No Expiration Date, Prompt on 'YES
Hello team,
I would like to know how to automatically gray out a field when there is no expiration date in the database, ensuring it does not prompt the question during printing. If the database contains "YES" for the expiration date, the question should appear and prompt during printing.
Do you have any suggestions or VB script recommendations? Please refer to the screenshot below for context. Are you aware of a solution for this?

I do not believe that is possible, but you could create a separate form that does not prompt for date by configuring the Show when parameters for the form

Thank you, I tried that, but I'm seeking an alternative solution that combines all my criteria into a single label.

As mentioned above I do not think that is possible as I am not aware of any way to stop a Data Entry box appearing on a form once it has been configured to do so
