I'm Lin from RES (vendor), sending email on behalf of my client Canon Opto (M) Sdn Bhd

I have activated bartender license at UAT server and now, we are ready to go live next week. So i want to deactivate the license at UAT. and activate in production server. However the process is interrupted after i click close and wants to redo. Now there is no more option for deactivate. It has only activate. Can i proceed to install the license at production server or not?
