How do I import a excel document so that I can create labels for multiple lines on the sheet?

You the Database connection setup option and create and configure a new link connected to your spreadsheet
When you add the label fields and make them database objects and set them to link to the appropriate fields in your table, then at print time this will print one label for each record.
If you need to have mulitple records on each individual label then you would need to use this setting
