Offline activation

I am trying to activate a version of Bartender on another PC but for some reason i get errors whilst trying to do it(please see the below).WhengoingfortheWebBrowser option i keep getting errors there too.Help please

  What version and edition of BarTender are using? Do you actually need to activate it or just link it to the existing licence? 

  For most activation issues you normally need to contact Seagull's Tech Support Team (submit a request link above) to resolve these
