Bartender 2019 R10 slow

HI,

I imaged a new computer with Windows 11 and install BT 2019 on the machine. When the user goes to open a file, it takes a long time. I have seen this issue with older versions and there was an INI change that resolved the issue. 

 

The same BT version runs fine on an older PC with Windows 10.

  This is possibly due to this

  "**This version of Windows works on and supports the version of BarTender but has NOT been fully validated in this environment. It is generally recommended to use other versions of Windows that have been fully validated."
