Over Printer Limit
We had a printer go down and have replaced it with a new one. While trying to adjust the integration, it sent another one out to the printer that doesn't exist. Does this mean I actually have to wait another week in order to install and use the new printer and hope nothing gets sent out to the old printer again before the week is up?

I did end up contacting them and they were super quick to respond and got me all fixed up quickly and easily. Best IT support I have received in quite a while.
