Encoding ALT+ Functions into DataMatrix Barcode

I'm looking to encode an ALT function, combined with other keys, into a DataMatrix barcode.   All help is appreciated.

Specifically, it is:  ALT+ E,  then just H, then just F, then the ENTER command.

  Generally to accomplish something like this, you would want to handle this through your barcode scanner. Many barcode scanners out there allow you to program predefined keyboard strokes/commands when a barcode is scanned or see a predefined string of data scanned from the barcode.
