does not install from disk Bartender UL

I bought the printer citizen Е730, the Bartender from the installation disk is not installed, displays an error in the Assembly. Please help

  Hello,

  You will want to reach out to the printer manufacturer for any support with the UltraLite version of Bartender that is included free with your printer.  You can also try using our trial version which is fully functional for 30 days.  You can find the installation media for the trial version here http://www.seagullscientific.com/downloads/label-software/barcode-label-printing-software-download/
