PRINTING PROBLEM WITH QR CODE

Hello, I can not create qr codes with accented characters (á, é, í, ó, ú).

I tried several versions including version bartender 2016 and failed to generate them.

On the Internet there generators qr code and I can create qr code letters with accents.

What I can do?

  Hello Sergio,

  You can use those characters you just need to change the way the QR code handles the data,  if you follow the steps below you will be able to add these characters.

  • Open the label in Bartender and right click on the barcode, select properties
  • Click on the Symbology and Size menu item on the left
  • Change start mode from Auto to Binary
  • Change text encoding to Unicode (UTF-8)

  You should now be able to use special characters.
