special Barcode design

Hi, sorry I'm new to Bartender and want to design a specific barcode. my barcode has 7 character prefix and 3 number Day of the year (for example the day 100 of the year with custom local calendar) and also 4 serialized numbers.

now I don't know how to create this specific barcode with barcode wizard and data sources and vb scripts so please help me.

can I insert a data input box in user form for entering the day of the year by the user?
