Bartender Keeps Printing The Grid

Hi,

 

We've created a new label from scratch, and at no time have toggled the grid to show. However when we print the label, the grid keeps printing on the label, even though it doesn't show on screen or on print preview.  We've tried toggling the grid on and off and re-saving the file, all to no avail. Any ideas?

  Sounds like this might be graphics dithering that you're dealing with rather than a grid.  Open up the Print dialog, click the "Document Properties" button, select the "Graphics" tab (I assume you're using a Seagull printer driver), and set the "Dithering" radio button to none rather than the default half-tone.

  Hi, thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately, I have no Graphics tab under Document Properties, and can't find any dithering options anywhere else.  Not sure what the printer driver is, sorry.

  Actually, scratch that, I just couldn't access it from my computer.   Found it on the computer running the label printer and it worked!  Many thanks for your help!
