Unprintable Region

Hello

 

when I use vertical Offset (actual 3mm) to center the print out, the bottom region (approx. 2mm)

of the Label will not be printed.

  You probably need to re-calibrate the sensors on the printer to have it index more accurately in the first place.  Also check the page set-up dimensions are correct: https://youtu.be/4EOa4k61MM0
