Images Printing In Black & White Some Times

We are embedding brand logo in the bartender format. The issue is it prints in black & white sometimes. All the images in the format prints in color except this logo. And sometimes it prints in color. Can someone help please..

 

Used Printers: Zebra 170Xi4, Bullzip PDF printer, Ricoh C3001

 

using seagull driver for Zebra printer.

 

All printers result is same. Only this Logo prints in color sometimes and black & white sometimes.

  Not sure what happens. perhaps you can send the logo and the btw file to tech support.

  If you're using less common image format in windows (tiff, eps etc) try convert to JPG or PNG.
