Printing Placement Issue

I have an issue on every box end that I print and label, this problem doesn't occur when I use a different application and the same problem occurs when I use a different printer.

 

Currently I am using the TEC B-SX5-JP to print.

 

As you can see in attachment 028 that's what the labels start looking like then eventually go to 029, the writing is constantly being moved, it is the same on smaller labels and will attach more images if needed.

 

I've set up the measurements correctly I believe and can't understand what the problem is.

  Looks like sensor problem.

  Make sure you have select proper sensor setting, from BarTender > File> Print > Document property > Stock tab. (select Transmissive for non black mark labels.) Set proper label gap.

  Also in Page setup, make sure you have proper label length (width for landscape layout) - do not set margins for length, which should be set by label gap above.

  Blow away any dust which interferes sensor.
