Scanning Issue

My label
has QR code, it contains all characters under the QR code, if we scan QR
code from PDF, all characters are there. But if we printout the label
from Zebra printer and scan the QR code, the Japanese characters
disappear. any one  know the reason why it happens?

  Try using BarTender created barcode.

  After you select the zebra printer by print dialog,
  On the Barcode's property > Symbology and Size (Barcode tab in 9.4 or older) > [Print Method], select [Bar codes and human readable text controlled by BarTender.]

  Hi SIR, need some more help from u on this.

  When we directly hard-code Japanese characters in Qr-codes and print directly from bartender we can scan Japanese language characters properly. But when we replace SUB-STRINGS using .NET programming  , then we are not able to scan Japanese characters.

  And as you replied before to check with print method ,but  my Print method is disabled.
