Red Printed Color Positioning

Hi, we have a valentin duo printer with two print heads. Black and Red. While printing the red color for a GHS label, we see that red ribbon from print head 2 is positioned a little bit wrong according to the printed image. The red square needs to be corrected a bit to the left and up.

 

Does anyone have an idea where we can correct this setting either in the label or printer?

  From Seagull Driver for DuoPrint 160/12, I cannot see such settings.

  It looks like the Printer has "Printhead 2 Offset" setting by its Operating Manual(from below) - I would try with the printer side.

  Note for you guys who install a Valentin DuoPrint, the driver has an error in it. The front printhead which holds the black color and the second printhead which holds the other color (mostly used red) are switched when the driver is installed. Always set printhead 2 to the color and printhead 1 to black.
