Print Label From Bartender 9.4 Not Show Prompt Page??

Pls help for this question

i started Bartender 9.4. this problem is every time that print the label. system print label auto and not show Prompt page. i don't know how I would set up the program at show Prompt page when printing labels.

  In the "Print" dialog, under the "Options" sub-tab, make sure the "Enable prompting" option is ticked.
