Cannot Delete Current Print Spooler
Hey there and good morning!
We are using Bartender 10.1 SR3 on a CAB4A printer and we'd need an option to automatically delete the previous print job by sending a new one to the printer. The only option in the program which could be the solution is in the print menue:
"Cancel any jobs previously queued to this printer".
But by checking this option the program says:
"The selected printer does not support cancelling jobs using a printer command. You will need to cancel the current job from the printer's front panel, or by turning the printer off and back on again."
Is there really no other possibility to solve this problem? Thank you in advance!

Which exact printer model are you working with? Note that cab printers should certainly support this feature (the cab printer language uses the command ESC c to cancel previous print jobs). I've tried it with both the cab A4+ (203dpi) and the cab A4+ (600dpi) without error.
Also please make sure you are working with the latest release of our Seagull drivers for your printer (v7.3.6). You can download them from the below webpage:

After the customer spoke with tech-support, this issue is now solved. The customer wasn't running Seagull drivers for their cab printer, so after installing the Seagull drivers and setting the document options to work in "Peel Off" mode as they wanted to run in label applicator mode, the problem is solved.
