    Are these die cut labels you are printing on?  If you want a separator that is larger than normal, for easy identification, then you will need to specify two labels, or three labels for your separator.  It won't be possible to specify a fraction (eg. 1 1/2)  of a label as the label length in the printer is fixed for an entire print job.

    Thank you for the quick answer. Unfortunately I forgot to follow this thread.  It's a good idea to print two "empty" labels as a separator page. Hmm, but we're using cutter and continuous media so the "two labels separator" will be cut in the same way as normal labels. Am I right?

    Yes you are correct,  Unfortunately the only way you can print a different size tag is to have it be part of a different print job using a different BarTender document.
