Batch Print Freezing

Hello,

 

I have been using Batchmaker to print multiple labels in one job, I added all .btw files needed to be printed and finished all setup,

and when I click the "print" button, It prompted a message "Printing...Please Wait", keep staying in this status and nothing has been printed.

  Hello,

  Often that happens when BarTender is waiting any dialog reply / user action but the dialog is not shown since BarTender run in background.

  Try run the batch from BarTender's File > Print batch.

  Also, would that happen when you add particular document, or happens any document? If a document causes problem, you can attach the document from More reply options.
