The 3707 message is a warning message, not an error, so it's safe to suppress that. Go into the Administer menu, than Application Message setup. Select 3707, than uncheck the 'Dialog (Interactive Use Only)' box on the bottom right. That will stop the message from popping up.

I must admit that I forgot to mention that the label gets printed in the several scenario's I described when clicked on automatically adjust. But then the label is wrongly positioned on the ticket. So suppressing the warning is no solution, because the position still is wrong.

In this case, you would need to do a proper calibration of the printer's sensors and a proper page size configuration. This way you can warranty that the label will be positioned correctly when being printed.
