Update to the latest Seagull Driver if you're not using the latest version.

Seagull Driver's version can be seen from Printer's properties > About tab> Version.

    http://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/zebra-windows-printer-drivers.aspx

Graphics cache or Printer optimization might not picking up images stored in printer.

Try disable those options from BarTender's print dialog,

Performance tab > disable all [Printer Optimization] options,

and on Printer's cache tab, select [Per BarTender Session], and click [Flush Cache now].

If above helped but the printing got slow, enable some performance options such as

Allow Serialization, Allow Graphic Caching, set Automatic Cache Flushing to Daily etc and see how's that going.

I recently updated from 9.4 to 10.1 sr3 Automation edition and now on one printer, every label we send it removes any lines or boxes on the label.

The print is correct and in the correct position but the lines are gone.

The lines show on the .btw file and if I print the label to my laser printer, the lines are there.

I tried to refresh the database connection to the label and still nothing.

    Any Ideas would be helpful.

See the PDF example. The left label is correct.
